How do you place Lot Area Tags?

Hi,
Adding a Lot:Area Tag to a Property Line Bounded Area.
Check you have a suitable Tag Family Loaded: eg. NZ_Tag_Property_LotArea.rfa
Use Annotate Tab > Tag by Category >

Hover over Property Line segment and see Revit is previewing a Property Line Tag,
Press the TAB key so Revit toggles between the Line and Lot Tag family labels.
While the Lot Tag is active click to place somewhere (associated to the PropertyLot.
Finish Tagging and Drag move the Lot:Area label to where you want it in plan.
Double click the ? and edit add the required Lot number value.
The Area value should be retrieved from the closed Property Lines loop.

TIP:
If in doubt press the TAB key to cycle through possible options while in an active command.
