Hi,
I have a project with sheet numbers, names and views that I would like to import / insert into another project.
Is there a simple way to do this?

Hi,
YES
Use the Save to Library > Views… feature. You can select multiple views to export/save into a new Revit RVT file. Save this file into your Library for future use.

And select your old project sheets.

To import into a new project, re import with the Insert View tab > Insert from File > Insert Views from File…
Check which views you want if there are multiple views in the opened RVT file.
